For this service Valerie uses a mix of intentional prayer meditation grounded in Christ Consciousness, and shamanic drumming + channeled harp transmissions to induce a substance-free strong visualization thru bringing the brain into a Theta state. This work does not need to be in person, although in-person sessions can be arranged separately by filling out the contact form. Valerie may send recordings to clients digitally if she feels that is necessary to complement a transmission she receives during her working on a clients energy body.

Valerie additionally uses “Healing hands” as a form of energy recalibration for clients. This service does not need to be in person. Similar to Reiki, this service is touch free for distance recalibration and supports a universal energy field to encourage emotional, physical, and spiritual recalibration within a client. Body recalibration may be used to clear blocks and regain a flow of harmonious energy in clients, or for soul retrieval after a period of feeling spiritually lost, anxious, heavy, off-track, or simply unfocused and scattered. Body recalibration and soul retrieval may enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed up recalibration, and reduce other symptoms of illness or disturbance in the body, mind, and spirit. 

This is not affiliated with any one religion and is an open spiritual practice that does not interfere with any religion, however Valerie is a follower of Jesus Christ and believes in shielding energy with his signature frequency.
